Eitan Marder-Eppstein 063550e67c Updating transformLaserScanToPointCloud_ to use the index channel rather than replicating all the work of the original projection. This also gets rid of an unnecessary intermediate PointCloud. It does, however, require that an index channel is always generated when a user calls the function.
